Description
E.g. a regression must be a 'defect', so if a bug has the 'regression' keyword but is not a defect, we should do something to fix it (e.g. needinfo who set the 'regression' keyword).
Similarly, a crash must be a defect, and so on.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the existing bug-type and keyword consistency checks in the Python code, then inspect how metadata corrections such as needinfo are issued. Done means regression and crash keywords are validated as defect bugs, with an appropriate corrective action for mismatches.
