Description
If the status for the release is incorrect (unaffected, or missing for example) and we have an approved uplift request in the bug, sheriffs may miss that it needs landing.
We should have a nag that tells sheriffs that a bug has an uplift request not landed after like 3 days after the uplift request was asked.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Trace how bug status flags and approved uplift requests are represented, then identify where sheriff reminders are generated; done means an approved uplift request triggers a reminder when it remains unlanded for about three days.
