Description

The bot has the same language in RC week as in beta and it can be confusing for new and junior folks who need to make a judgement call (and may not be keeping close tabs on where we are in a release cycle). Something along the lines of "at the time of this comment, the next beta is beta X [or RC] and there are N days left in the beta cycle. Is this bug important enough to uplift to [beta or release]? If not, do x." Perhaps with a strong emphasis or recommendation in not uplifting straight from nightly to release unless it is a certain severity.

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by tracing where the bot generates beta-week reminders and how it determines the current release phase; done means RC-week messages clearly identify the next beta or RC, remaining days, and the appropriate uplift guidance.
