Description
For Geckoview bugs and bugs with a platform of Android the Release mgmt bot should not set ESR versions as affected. It should use wontfix as we don't build an ESR version of Firefox: Android. As an example of this https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1774565#c6
