Description

Firefox relies on StatusUpdates to determine the UI that should be shown for a transaction. We send PresenceRequired if one device is connected, and we sends SelectDeviceNotice if multiple devices are connected. But there's currently no status update to indicate that no devices are connected.

Research direction

Search the Rust code for the StatusUpdate variants PresenceRequired and SelectDeviceNotice, then trace how transactions choose between them. Add the missing no-device status update for transactions with no connected devices, and verify that Firefox can distinguish this state from the existing one- and multiple-device cases.
