It's a giant commit, but the hg commit exited cleanly. So I'm not sure what didn't get committed.

We could add debugging code to look for ERROR please commit changes before continuing in the ./mach try output, and if it sees it, outputs hg diff --stat again. If we can't reproduce it locally, that would be the first thing to do.

Start with TaskclusterProvider.submit_to_try, _vcs_setup, and MercurialProvider.commit, then reproduce the failure around ./mach try --update --push-to-vcs --preset webgpu. Compare repository state and hg diff --stat after the successful commit and before try submission. Done means the uncommitted change is identified or the try submission no longer fails with this message.
