Description
While it makes sense to retry http requests on timeout or 5xx, 4xx is unlikely to be temporary, so retrying just delays the inevitable.

Research direction
Start by locating the addonscript code that performs HTTP retries and trace how response status codes are handled. Verify the existing behavior for timeouts and 5xx responses, then ensure 4xx responses are not retried. Done means transient failures still retry while 4xx failures return without additional attempts.
