Description

User Problem

Why should we implement this? What is the user benefit?

Parity with Safari: https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2021/10104
Other browsers are implementing them: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/psl19r/now_that_safari_on_ios_supports_extensions_will/hduz38r/

Also, extensions are good and people want them - see Fenix, for example.
