Description

Once conditional rememberLastLogin is enabled, change logic so that a failed sso data call preceding the lock results in a rememberLastLogin:false for lock and passwordless so the user just gets a full lock in that scenario.

Research direction

Start by locating the conditional rememberLastLogin logic and the SSO data call in the rules or hosted pages. Trace the lock and passwordless paths when that call fails; done means both receive rememberLastLogin:false and show a full lock in that scenario.
