Description
Come up with an approach that allows us to write tests for our Auth0 rules and run them via CI.
- example Auth0 rule test
- to run tests :
npm run tests - ci makefile example
- stuff to make rules work in a normal node environment. This is instead of mocks (in node the mock lib is "nock")
Note : Auth0 rules don't support async/await

Research direction
Start with the linked Auth0 rule test, the test/utils directory, and the example .circleci/config.yml. Run npm run tests and review how rules are made to work in a normal Node environment without async/await. Done means the project has a documented testing approach and CI can run the Auth0 rule tests.
