Description

Pcons (https://pcons.org) is my new open-source build tool, inspired by the best of SCons and CMake. I think it's nicer than other build tools out there, it's getting some traction, and would make a worthy target for your reforge tool. If you're interested, I could help.

Research direction

Start by reviewing reforge's existing output targets and translation flow to determine where a new pcons target would fit. Define the required pcons output and integration scope with the issue author; done means reforge can generate valid pcons build definitions, but the current issue does not identify files, tests, or acceptance criteria.
