Description

My new TV is HONOR TV X1 (LOK-350)which based on HarmonyOS 1.0 and APK compatible。Other APKs can running very well on it.
When I try to input the connection code for set up the connection to PC, the Moonlight always crashed and the TV go back to main launcher, so I can't use Moonlight on it.

I got some info from HONOR Hotline, they tell me that is a compatibility issue.
The decode mode ,video settings may not support or the OS is missing partially Moonlight dependent components.

I don't know the details and I can get the error logs from the TV. How can I get some userful info to you to solve this problem?

Many users encounter this problem in china, please fix it.

Thanks.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the crash while entering the connection code on the HONOR TV X1 running HarmonyOS 1.0. Collect the TV's error logs and inspect whether the failure is related to decoding, video settings, or missing Moonlight-dependent OS components. Done means identifying the crashing component and confirming a compatible fix or documenting an unresolvable platform limitation.
