Description
Steam Link has an option to disable display and audio streaming - this basically turns your phone into just a wireless controller.
I recently purchased a Razer Kishi, which is only able to connect to my phone, and have been using this Steam Link mode to use my controller while sitting at my desktop.
I currently use moonlight to stream my games when away from my PC, and then switch to the steam link app to continue using my phone as a controller when back at my desktop. I lose rumble/haptic feeback when switching to steam link, and also need to change the controller order in steam for the controller to be recognized.
It would be really nice if I could toggle display and audio streaming mid-session in moonlight.

Research direction
No files or tests are named in the issue. Start by tracing the Android session controls for display and audio streaming, then determine how those streams can be toggled without reconnecting. Done means both streams can be disabled or restored mid-session while controller input, rumble, and controller order remain usable.
