[Issue]: hevc black screen and av1 laggy Mi Box S 3rd

Describe the bug

Hi i recently got the new mi box s 3rd gen but with the Moonlight client on automatic codec or hevc i only get a black screen.

Av1 work but with micro lag even with great speed connection

H264 work

I see other one get this issue.

Reproduce streaming on the Mi Box S 3rd gen with automatic codec and HEVC, then compare it with AV1 and H264 under the listed Android 14 and Windows 11 24h2 setup. Investigate the client behavior for this device and codec combination; done means HEVC no longer produces a black screen and AV1 no longer lags, or the issue is identified as a device limitation.
