Description
Describe the bug
Im using my pc(win11) as host and my S7 tablet as client, im trying to connect my s7 tablet as a graphics tablet to draw on, since moonlight supports pen pressure.
devices paired with apollo and moonlight.
Pich to zoom in or out works but it is very fast.
Paning around the file works just quite jigged.
but rotating fingers or two fingers tap to undo, is completely useless. it just defaults back to zooming in and out or something.
Both the drawing software (clip studio) and windows have these gestures built in, from inside windows i tried messing with windows ink- to no result.
as well as in clip studio, switching between Tablet PC and WinTab, and still no result.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on a Samsung Tab S7 running Android 13, connected to the Windows 11 host, with Clip Studio Paint. Check how pinch, pan, rotation, and two-finger tap gestures behave; done means these gestures are delivered reliably instead of being interpreted as zooming.
