Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on a Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G running Android 14 with each of the four frame pacing options, using the reported 60 FPS and 40 Mbps settings. Compare the behavior with the Xiaomi Mi 9T reference and collect relevant logs; the issue is done when frame pacing increases latency and produces smooth video on the affected device.
