[Issue]: Controller right stick is not working on OnePlus 9 Pro

Describe the bug

I have moonlight android installed on a Xiaomi Mi Box and a OnePlus 9 Pro Mi Box works perfectly but right stick is not working on Oneplus. I tried an Xbox controller and a Steelseries stratus+. Both have the same problem on Oneplus and both work without any problems on Mi Box.

Normal use. No specific steps.
