Description

What is the URL of the page?

https://moodledev.io/docs/4.5/gettingstarted/requirements

What is the issue with this page?

The https://moodledev.io/docs/4.5/gettingstarted/requirements page is for Moodle version 4.5, but the in the PHP section it still refers to Moodle 4.0 under: "Moodle 4.0 supports the following PHP versions".
That leads you to question whether the rest of the page is for Moodle 4.0 or 4.5. This needs to be corrected.

Are you able to provide a patch for this?

No, I'm not sure what the fix is. Is this whole page out of date or is it just the text referred to above that is out of date?

Research direction

Start with the Technical requirements page at https://moodledev.io/docs/4.5/gettingstarted/requirements, focusing on the PHP section that says Moodle 4.0. Check the surrounding requirements against Moodle 4.5 documentation before deciding whether only that reference or more of the page is outdated. Done means the page consistently describes Moodle 4.5 and no longer leaves its version scope unclear.
