Wrong length description for quotes in quote search modal for some languages

Current Behavior

Selecting the language to be code systemverilog, opening the quote search modal and filtering by length = short, all of the resulting quotes show long in the length field.

Expected Behavior

The quotes should show short in the length field.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Change language to code systemverilog
2. Switch to quote mode
3. Click on the search icon
4. Click on filter by length
5. Click on short
6. Notice how all quotes have long in the length field

Reproduce the issue by selecting code systemverilog, opening quote mode and the quote search modal, then filtering by short. Trace the quote length shown in the modal and verify that the fix makes these results display short; confirm the behavior for the other length filters as well.
