Current Behavior

When enabling the wikipedia funbox and switching pages to the settings page, I get a loading animation (a yellow bar at the top of page).

Expected Behavior

No loading animation should be visible, as the page isn't the test page.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the test page
2. Open the commandline by pressing esc
3. Search for funbox > wikipedia
4. Press Enter
5. Go to the settings page
6. Notice the loading animation

Reproduce the issue from the test page by enabling the wikipedia funbox through the commandline, then navigate to the settings page and inspect when the yellow loading animation appears. Trace the loading state across the funbox and page-switching entry points; done means settings navigation no longer shows the test-page loading animation while the funbox remains enabled.
