Current Behavior

Hello,

I accidentally deleted my Monkeytype account and I am wondering if there is any possibility to recover it. The deletion was unintentional, and I realized it only afterward.

After deleting it, I signed in again using the same Google account and created a new account. The new account currently has the same username as my deleted account.

I had important statistics and progress saved on the old account, so I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance regarding account recovery.

Account details:

  • Username: Abdurahmon_571
  • Google account email: a44714172@gmail.com

Please let me know if recovery is possible or if you need any additional information.

Thank you 🙏

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by confirming whether deleted accounts and their statistics can be recovered, then identify the existing account-deletion and sign-in flow; done would require a defined recovery outcome and an agreed implementation scope.
