Current Behavior

When pressing the "لا" key (only one key) on an Arabic keyboard (arabic_101 or arabic_102 layout), the keymap in react mode does not highlight it as a single key. Instead, it displays two separate key presses: ل + ا.

Expected Behavior

The keymap should highlight the "لا" key as a single keypress, just like other single keys on the keyboard.

The issue only occurs when using a physical Arabic keyboard with the keymap layout (Arabic 101 / 102). However, when enabling the Layout Emulator (Arabic 101 / 102), the keymap correctly recognizes the "لا" key as a single keypress.

Start by reproducing the issue in React mode with a physical Arabic 101 or 102 keyboard, then compare it with the working Layout Emulator behavior. Trace how the keymap handles the single "لا" key versus the separate ل and ا presses; done means the physical key highlights as one keypress.
