Current Behavior

In Vietnamese mode, some diphthong has two ways of putting accent mark: at first vowel or at second vowel. For example: hoà and hòa are same word but they are different at where the accent mark "`" is put. In those cases, the system only accept putting accent mark at first vowel.

Expected Behavior

System should accept both of the ways of putting accent mark, regardless of the shown text, or make an option to switch between them.
