Description
Cуществует система идентификаторов ( http://doi.org/ ) - у нас она может появляться в ссылках на литературу (вероятно, могут быть и какие-то другие идентификаторы, но пока мы про них не знаем и не думаем) например, может быть текст вида DOI: 10.1007/s10257 / https://doi.org/10.4018/IJGBL.2021010101 на которые ваша проверка сработает
Стоит ещё проверить ГОСТ с его нумерацией/идентификацией - т.к. у многих точно будут ссылки на статьи/пункты, например, в рамках допраздела
