Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am using another mcp to open pull requests, that mcp needs the branch to exist remotely first
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to have git mcp to be able to push my branch/create a new branch remotely
Describe alternatives you've considered
Fork gitmcp and add push myself
