Request: deprecate/remove 13 orphaned io.github.zw008/vmware-* servers after GitHub org migration

Request

The publisher of the open-source VMware skill family migrated all repos from the personal GitHub account zw008 to a dedicated org vmware-skills, and re-published every server under the new namespace io.github.vmware-skills/*. The old io.github.zw008/vmware-* entries are now orphaned duplicates and I'd like them deprecated (or removed) so search results aren't doubled.

What I've tried

• mcp-publisher has no delete/deprecate subcommand (v current).
• I hold the io.github.zw008/* namespace (I can auth for it), so if there's a supported self-service way to set status: deprecated on these, I'm happy to do it myself — please point me at the endpoint/flow. (I saw #1444 re: status updates timing out; unsure if that's the intended path.)
• Both old and new point to the same PyPI packages and the GitHub repos redirect, so this is cosmetic de-duplication, not a security concern.

Start with the mcp-publisher status-update path and the behavior discussed in issue #1444, then determine whether an endpoint or supported flow can mark registry entries as deprecated. Done means the 13 old io.github.zw008/vmware-* entries are deprecated or removed while the io.github.vmware-skills/* entries remain canonical.
