Description
Question
Lots of people want tool bundling / grouping / namespaces to guide servers how to use tools together.
We should make instructions more obvious and have examples for how to use it - maybe this can address a lot of requests for bundling and namespaces if it's more obvious this is something you can do.

Research direction
Start with the InitializeResult instructions section linked in the issue and inspect the SDK's existing documentation structure for the best location. Add clear guidance and examples showing how instructions can describe tool bundling, grouping, or namespaces. Done means users can understand how to use the field from the documentation without needing to infer its purpose.
