Description

I'm building a CNM plugin that add two SR-IOV VFs to a container, then create a bonding device on top of them. The final endpoint is the bonding device, while it certainly requires multiple interfaces to be added to the Sandbox.

While it looks like the combination of CreateEndpoint()/Join() could only return a single device. Is there way we could work around this?

Thank you in advance!

Research direction

Start by reading the CreateEndpoint() and Join() entry points in the CNM plugin flow, focusing on how they represent devices added to a Sandbox. Compare that behavior with the reported need to attach two SR-IOV VFs before creating a bonding device. Done would require an agreed approach for supporting multiple interfaces, but the issue does not name files or tests.
