Hi，My friend,
I see that the newest versioned libnetwork is 0.8.0-dev.2, While I think the improvement of libnetwork has grown a lot.
I am wondering is there any possibility to update Libnetwork ChangeLog to the newest. Although currently there is no new tag. However I think it is important.
