Description
Documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/terminal/tutorials/progress-bar-sequences. Supported by a lot of modern terminals including gnome-terminal, this seems like a nice feature for mosh to support. I plan on working on it myself.

Research direction
Start with the OSC 9;4 specification at the Microsoft Terminal progress-bar-sequences documentation and compare its behavior with the terminals listed in the issue. Trace how mosh handles terminal escape sequences, then define completion as correctly supporting the documented progress-bar sequence without disrupting existing terminal behavior.
