  File "/opt/conda/envs/datacomp/lib/python3.10/multiprocessing/spawn.py", line 126, in _main
    self = reduction.pickle.load(from_parent)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the DataComp-1B download and inspect the downloader's multiprocessing entry point; no file or test is identified in the issue. Use the traceback to investigate why the multiprocessing semaphore cannot be rebuilt, then verify that the dataset download completes without FileNotFoundError.
