I'm getting these warning when running mlpstorage

Start by reproducing the warnings when running mlpstorage and trace its startup initialization and logging dependencies. The issue mentions cuDNN, cuBLAS, and computation_placer warnings but names no files or tests. Done means mlpstorage starts with its normal output without the repeated startup warnings.
