Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

RAPL files are not readable by a simple user.

Describe the solution you'd like

It will be nice to provide our users a script that configure their machine properly.

This script could be a shell script that do the same thing as our Ansible script, but without needing Ansible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We provide a command line and documentation but we could do better.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing Ansible script and the current command-line and documentation instructions for RAPL permissions. Compare the machine configuration performed by Ansible, then provide an equivalent shell script that works without Ansible and verify that RAPL files become readable by a regular user.
