Description
Description
Emission factors are considering the national grid where computation occurs. Would be nice to have aTop500 and Green500 specific emission factors.
Additionally, could be nice to have a configuration file where a custom emission factor could be defined (e.g. defining the composition of the energy source used)

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing national-grid emission-factor implementation and reviewing how emission factors are configured; clarify the Top500 and Green500 data sources and the expected custom energy-source configuration before defining completion criteria.
