Description

In the coming 2.0 version we have made an API to collect data in real time.
The API will come with a frontend to get API keys and visualize some dashboards of your emission.

But some of Code Carbon users, like @vict0rsch and @stas00 work on servers without Internet.

What do you think of providing a way to upload CSV to the frontend to allow the use of the dashboard by internetless users ?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the 2.0 API and frontend dashboard described in the issue, then determine how offline users would provide CSV data. Done should be a defined upload flow that lets internetless users use the dashboard, with the expected CSV format and validation behavior documented.
