Description
Exploring using codecarbon to monitor a VM.
I've set it up fine and it's monitoring, and I can see results in the codecarbon dashboard.
I can run the GET commands to read runs and reading runs from experiment, but other commands such as getting projects or getting a specific project dont't work ('Unautorized' and 'Internal server error 500', respectively).
Apologies if this is an easy problem to fix.

Research direction
Start with the linked API documentation for the Runs and Projects GET endpoints, comparing the working run requests with the failing project requests. Confirm the request and authorization details for each endpoint, then use the observed responses to identify what should change so project listing and individual project retrieval no longer return authorization or 500 errors.
