Description

I am looking for option to have this library as a dynamic library which can be plugged in at runtime in my application rather than static linking.
Any feasible option for this or if it looks good to submit code changes to generate dynamic library?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or build entry points. Start by reviewing the repository's build configuration and platform requirements for shared-library output, then define the supported platforms and runtime-linking behavior; done means the library can be built and plugged in dynamically without breaking existing static linking.
