Research direction

Start in libs/build.nix, especially the dev-prelude-haskell and dev-plutustx shells linked in the issue. Trace how CTL dev-ctl exposes lbf-plutus-to-purescript, then verify that the new shell provides a convenient environment for experimenting with generated PureScript modules.
