Description

Expected Behavior

When users run /afk, they can set an optional message, and whenever they get pinged or replied to, the bot will tell the person who pinged them that they are AFK, and display the message!! Whenever the AFK user next sends a message, the AFK status is removed from them.

Research direction

Start by locating the /afk command handler and the message or reply event handling. Done means users can set an optional AFK message, pingers receive the status and message, and the status is removed when the AFK user sends a message; no files or tests are named in the issue.
