Hi, I'm a master student majoring in Computer Science from George Mason University (GMU). I would like to present a new case study for the CVE-2022-0847 (the "Dirty Pipe") vulnerability. This vulnerability is a very serious security issue within the Linux kernel. It effectively demonstrates how a seemingly minor error can lead to a serious consequence. I believe it has significant research value and is worthy of cautionary examples. Therefore, I plan to write a case study about it, unless someone objects.
