Description

Currently, when trying to build from the Dockerfile as-is, I receive this error message:

E: Package 'libssl1.0-dev' has no installation candidate

libssl1.0-dev was apparently deprecated beginning from Ubuntu 19.

Research direction

Start by running the build from the repository's Dockerfile on Ubuntu 19 or a comparable environment and inspect the package-install step that requests libssl1.0-dev. Update the build dependency handling so the image builds successfully, then verify the Docker build completes without the reported package error.
