- For example when a task gets updated here: https://github.com/mitre/multiscanner/blob/dev/utils/celery_worker.py#L192
- Or when services connect to the DB by calling the init_db method: https://github.com/mitre/multiscanner/blob/dev/storage/sql_driver.py#L112
