Description
When previewing and tagging a virtual snapshot, allow the user to provide an explicit release version instead of only selecting a major or minor bump. This would likely be an additional option in the release preview modal as an optional version field alongside the existing major/minor tagging choices.

Research direction
Start in the release preview modal and trace the existing major/minor virtual snapshot tagging choices. Add an optional explicit release-version field alongside those choices, then verify that previewing and tagging a virtual snapshot accepts the supplied version as well as the existing bump options.
