Description
When viewing a permalink version of the ATT&CK site (example: https://attack.mitre.org/versions/v#), Tactic changes from v19 appears on the Techniques page. For example, when viewing v17, I see "Defense Impairment" and "Stealth" in Tactic list sidebar. The permalink version of the Tactics page is correct.
