Description
As a user of the ATT&CK Website, I want to learn about how versioning works in ATT&CK. This should include information about the following systems:
- previous_versions (archives)
- object versions (
x_mitre_version), incl. when they get incremented and when they don't. - ATT&CK content versions
- Website versions

Research direction
Start by reviewing the ATT&CK Website's existing resource and FAQ structure and identify where a versioning page or section belongs. Use the issue's four listed systems as the content checklist; the work is done when each is explained, including when object versions change and when they do not.
