Description

Hello,

Is there anyway to return just valid rules only?

My understanding that in case there are any invalid rules getRules() will return null , in case getRules({allow_invalid: true}) all valid and invalid rules will be returned..

Research direction

Start at the getRules entry point and compare its default behavior with getRules({allow_invalid: true}). Clarify whether the requested result should include only valid rules when invalid rules exist, then verify that the selected behavior is covered by the relevant existing tests or examples.
