Describe the bug
When using the global menu in KDE, the App Menu doesn't appear.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Add the global menu to KDE Plasma
- Open the app
- See the missing menu
Expected behavior
The menu should appear both with and without the global menu

- Version: 2.3.2
