Pausing for 10 min but Liking deactivated

Description
Hey,
When i start my bot he does 1 action (follow or unfollow) and already the next message is:
Have reached daily like rate limit pausing 10 min.
But i have set maxlikesperday: 0 and maxlikesperuser: 0
So it shouldnt pause right?
Happening after every action.
Is there something i dont get ?
