Description

Just wondering why /cfg reload will not catch changes made to the motd file server-side it seems like this should be a fairly simple thing to refresh without requiring a server restart especially since /cfg reload will detect any changes made to the cfg file while the server is still running.

Research direction

Start by locating the /cfg reload command and the code that loads the motd file, then compare how cfg changes are detected while the server runs. Done means a changed motd is picked up by /cfg reload without requiring a server restart.
