Description
Over Time, you get an grown database of Ex-Players who will never play (specialy on non -public servers where the admin know where is actual playing and where have retiered ..)
But it is hard to delete it from the game, as in the save files, so many cross references ...
And i dont know an In-Game option to doing this ...
Would be handy to have this in SEToolBox, to finaly and Full delete Ex-Players from the database ...

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating SEToolbox’s save-file handling and any existing player-management functionality, then map the cross-references involved in removing an ex-player. Done should be defined as a complete, safe removal from the database without breaking remaining world data.
